<p><strong>Mr Robert Mallet</strong>, a small business owner, a <a href="http://www.123tasmania.com" target="_self">Tasmanian</a> entrepreneur, association manager and communication trainer, manages and operates The Front Man. Mr Mallet’s experience comprises of around two decades as an owner and operator of a retail store with high commitment of service to every customer. In that role, he co-ordinated a significant part of the national small business development programme. Meeting facilitation with an independent chair is also enabled by the company to deal with difficult <a href="http://www.123tasmania.com/category/business/management" target="_self">management</a> issues in an equitable and fair manner.</p>
